At Seekrit, we strive to present our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Our jewelry should be handled with care. Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, and excessive force may affect the product over time. Seekrit is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or lack of care.

While our pieces are crafted with skin-friendly materials, individual sensitivities may vary. We recommend discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.

In rare cases of pricing or description errors, Seekrit reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for incorrectly listed items.

Seekrit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Seekrit, we take pride in crafting jewelry that you’ll cherish every day. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

Returns & Eligibility
We offer returns only in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item

  • You receive an incorrect product

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Return Request Timeline
All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@seekrit.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, Seekrit will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects

  • Seekrit reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions
